Shifting Paradigms: Navigating Psychedelic Therapy in Mental Health and Addiction

This workshop will focus on the safe, effective, and relational delivery of psychedelic medicines to individuals with addictive disorders. In addition to developing an understanding of the history, mechanisms of action, and ongoing research, attendees will come away with a deeper understanding of the delivery of these medicines as part of relationship, spirituality and community. Through case presentations, panel discussions, and presentations by leading experts, we will explore the importance of providing these medicines within the con- text of a collaborative therapeutic approach. Target audience: clinicians interested in the safe, holistic, relational use of psychedelics in treatment of addiction.
